Help please!

I'm having a dispute with my local aggregate supplier.
I ordered 10 tonne of all in ballast to mix my own concrete for a foundation.
I started mixing one section of foundation this required 3m3 of concrete yet I have used all 10 tonne that was delivered.
I worked out it would only require between 5 to 6 tonne as each M3 should need 1.76 tonne of ballast.
However the company are disputing supplying an underweight load and saying now that it takes 2.4 tonne of ballast to make one m3 of concrete.
But this still does not make sense as this would still not mean their 10 tonnes would have all been used in trench only needing 3m3 concrete I would have only used 7.2 tons.

10 Tonne should eat 3 cube of conc. What did the drivers ticket say?

Either your calc's are out you have been short changed.

Ticket says 10 tonne hand written not printed.
The trench is 19m X 30cm X 50cm
Plus a little for the pier areas
When I put all that info (properly measured) into online calculators these are telling me it would need 5 - 6 tonne depending on the site used.
Even at the 2.4 tonne per M3 I'm still three tonne short.
They just showed up following my emailed complaint and said the amount they delivered was correct my 1.76t per m3 is wrong and my trench is a big one.
I told them it doesn't matter about the size of the trench is the volume required to fill it to it's above dimensions.
The trench is hand dug and perfectly straight and true, another suggestion was that it may be wonky but as I said it wasn't and if it was it wouldn't be too the tune of several tonnes!
Do I now go to Trading Standards as I don't think they will except they are wrong.

Ask to see the counterfoil from the quarry along with the vehicle reg, time etc, otherwise you will complain to Trading standards (provided you are right of course!).

Well it's my second time of complaining to them.
I complained when it first got delivered as I thought it was light, a builder over the road also said I'd be lucky if it was 5 tonne.
I have measured and remeasured a hundred times and put it into the calculators.
I just wanted to check what a foundation of 20m X 50cm X 30cm (19m in above post was typo) would require in ballast.
