yes, apart from the bigger screen the spec is similar to 314-21

A 14-inch laptop with an AMD A6 processor, 4GB of Ram and a 128GB solid-state drive (SSD). Its selection of ports is somewhat retro for a compact laptop, with three USB ports, HDMI, a micro-SD card reader and an Ethernet port, which is rare these days. There’s also a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Its red plastic shell makes it stand out from the crowd, but it feels desperately cheap and nasty, and doesn’t seem as though it will stand up to any knocks unless you treat it with a great deal of care.
What’s it like to use?
Upsettingly slow. While it takes just 14 seconds to boot up, consider that many modern laptops can manage this in five seconds and you start to get the picture. Web pages take an age to load and program load speeds might be better to measure using a calendar rather than a stopwatch. It’s not immediately clear why it’s so slow, but that’s what our lab tests discovered.
With that in mind, most of its other characteristics are left fairly moot. The touchpad is inconsistent and has a very cheap-feeling click that isn’t comfortable to use.
What are the screen and sound like?
The screen is drab and has narrow viewing angles, so images don’t look great and text lacks the clarity that you need to read, especially at smaller font sizes. The speakers, too, are very poor and don’t offer any clarity or bass. Music and films alike sound very thin and weedy.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life is one area where this laptop is just fine. Not great, but it saves it from being made a Don’t Buy. It managed just under eight hours of video playback and just under six hours of web browsing.
Should I buy it?
No. It might not be an official Don’t Buy (which requires a score of less than 45%), but it’s absolutely not worth even adding to your shortlist at any price.

It's so she can play sims ,shes got a old ipad but its sims she wants to play

Lots of confusing info here...
-The Sims does not require anything particularly high end but I'd recommend an AMD Ryzen based laptop for their reasonably powerful built in graphics.
-I strongly advise against buying second hand as you can easily end up buying a 10+ year old laptop for 2 year old laptop money if you don't know what the specs mean.
-Unfortunately prices are very high at the minute

R5-3500u is roughly equivalent to an 8th generation core i5(u) and has much better built in graphics
