Ministers are stepping up co-operation with business to train up to 50,000 people who will be needed to fill in customs forms for post-Brexit trade with the EU through the creation of a special academy. Cabinet Office minister Michael Gove revealed plans for the “customs agent academy”, as UK companies prepare for a more complex trading relationship with the EU after the Brexit transition period that is currently scheduled to end on December 31.

Funny how we gave the world (or the empire) a never ending stream of bureaucracy, but latterly outsourced our bean counting to various regions/countries of the ex-empire.

We are now apparently taking it back 'in house'.

Of course 'taking back control' of mountains of paperwork that we haven't needed for ages is I guess a 'jobs for the boys' exercise for the usual suspects.

I am not running with any mantra

the Brexit campaign was and still is driven by the rich and wealthy looking to make money out of deregulation and opportunities for new business in the USA etc.

look at all the murky network of Tory ministers, the vote leave team with their connections to US business magnates, climate change deniers, US healthcare etc -that's the true reason for brexit


Brexit was dishonestly sold as getting back sovereignty, fishing etc etc -which it will never achieve.
