Sub Consumer Unit

Not the issue. The issue is connect the master and slave CUs with the master having the mainswitch incomer with the slave just RCBOs.

It has been sorted.
When you say sorted, what has your electrician done?
Just curious, but why do you need this extra CU? I assume you want a feed for a new circuit.

CU full, need another sub CU to add circuits. No other way. No space

You have had 8 pages of advice yet nobody here knows what your requirements are. To advise we need to know what you have and what you need. A picture paints a thousand words, so could you post a photo of your current installation?

Requirements clearly given.
Not at all.

You've told us that the current CU has 8 RCBs (which I suspect means RCBOs) plus a main switch, and that there is space below for an identically sized CU with 10 RCBOs (if no main switch). As far as I can see, you have given no indication of what the 8 existing circuits are, nor how many of the hypothesised 10 new ones you think you would need, and what they would be for.

Some people's User Names are remarkably appropriate!

The thread was about how the two CUs are interlinked using one incomer as the mainswitch - one master, one slave. The rest is not an issue.
No pictures needed as no space above or to the sides of the CU, only below where an identical sized sub CU can fit. All clearly given - no need for photos.

This thread starts with `here is my solution, could you advise how to do it`
I never had a solution to using one incomer and two CUs. One came up in the thread, so productive.
I would ask why you need a second CU and what circuits will be fed from it?
Not the issue, and was not asked.

Maybe not (for you), but it's certainly an issue you have been questioned about repeatedly - so folk can only speculate about why you have been so reticent to give any answers.

I explained, extra circuits in the house. Very simple. Not complicated. They will have RCBOs on each circuit. The existing RCBOs are singe pole. The new RCBOs will be DP. One other thing, the existing CU will have an SPD on the rail next to the incomer, with the circuits the two slots it takes up moved to the sub CU. So a total 16 circuits.
