It is becoming apparent to me that the dominant culture on here is indeed abusive, insulting and if not racist, certainly tending towards extreme bigotry.
I have now looked at ellal's post where he explained he was frustrated with the abuse he had endured, and his opinion of the site being xenophobic and racist. So he felt he was being hounded from the forum. I can empathise with him, I have suffered exactly the same kind of abuse, insult, false allegations, etc. I too am genuinely considering whether I want to be associated with such a blatantly bigoted dominant culture. I thought I could offer an alternative view, clearly that is not acceptable to those that wish to preserve that dominant culture.
It matches exactly how I described dominant racist cultures prevail. Anyone who dares to speak out against that dominant culture is abused, insulted, suffers false allegations, lies, etc.
I suppose when the abuse fails to drive those people away, they are banned, as it has become obvious, looking back at some of the names being bandied about as having been banned.

You've always been the same. You come out with your way of conversing, get everyone's backs up because you're a very odd fellow and then get upset when things don't go your way. Ellal set themselves up as the playground bully and does not like retaliation,typical bully mentality.Try looking back at least 3 years on Ellals responses..He is in a very unhappy place,dispizes all things British and lashes out on here.Try finding a pleasant post from him,he never responds to what has he done today,music,etc etc...Nothing ever happy comes from Ellal..maybe he does need to walk away from here,for his sanity.

Transam accused me of a disgusting offence of abusing a female, a poster called Blightymam, who supposedly left the forum. It has since become obvious that Blightymam is also Sodthisforfun.
So not only was transam allegation blatantly untrue, in that Blightymam did not leave the forum, she merely changed her name. It was also blatantly untrue that I had abuse anyone, let alone a female. This allegation was based purely on the assumption of transam, sodthisforfun and others, I was some previous poster, who had apparently been banned.
Sodthisforfun not only did not correct transam about his lies, but was happy to go along with his blatant lies, knowing full well that it must be false because there she was, posting away with her abuse.

All people are not bigoted, extremist,racist because they disagree with your views.

No-one has suggested any such thing. But clearly there are some who are not only bigoted and/or display racist tendencies, they are also the ones that descend quickly into abuse, insults and lies whenever their attitude is questioned.
That is how the dominant culture prevails, because those that dare question that dominant culture are hounded from the forum.
Or apparently, when that is not successful, they are banned.
