Just been to drop a parcel at the local Hermes shop, even remembered to take my mask and put it on before entering. Three other people in there, none wearing masks. Same on public transport, still a good 5-10% not wearing them.Though reading the article , it does make you wonder, as the deceased wore one.
Been to a site today, where face coverings (among other bits of ppe) are compulsory.
Only people wearing them properly were me and my colleague , and two contractors fixing bolts to an outside wall. In the fresh air, with no-one around.
Our site contact told me that safety eyewear was required, but didn't see the irony that his was protecting his forehead , and not his peepers.

If you mean the fashionable bits of cloth people wear, then possibly, but I have been using FFP3 masks to protect me, and I would have thought anyone in a high risk category would wear suitable protection, as has been proved, you can't rely on anyone else.

Went to a shop yesterday and 6 people in the queue. Only myself and one other lady wearing masks correctly. The others were around their chins, just on their mouths or taken off completely and in their hands. Was in that queue for 20 mins, not good!
Why blame a criminal for shooting you when it's the gun manufacturer who made the weapon in the first place.
China is the gun manufacturer, in your analogy.
It isn't a perfect analogy, but Rulers view is that anyone who then takes a gun and then does something with it can't be held responsible at all.
In reality the disease started in China but was then merrily spread around the world by all sorts of nationalities and allowed to spread absurdly widely by some negligent nations. Pointing a finger at China allows Ryler to ignore our bungling or Trumps ongoing dementia.
Perhaps you may wish to be more judicious with your analogies in future then, if you won't stand by then when they're questioned.
