If you repeatedly disobey the order and head to your car as if you were going to get a weapon, you shouldn't be surprised when said cop shoots you.

C'mon (assuming you're talking about the shooting of a person by the cops 7 times in the back) It was completely unjustified and totally inappropriate, another murderous cop I'm afraid. (although the guy remarkably survived)
