His position on it was that, such an approach is based on the premise that CV is the only factor in public health, and ignored the destruction of the economy (that pays for the CV treatment, as well as our way of life in general), the lack-of-treatment for any non-CV condition (my neighbour had a baby in May, and has not had a single visit to assess her or her baby's wellbeing since. She went to the health centre today, and they refused her request to weigh the baby), the effect on our childrens' education, mental health issues......

What? But we have a world beating test and trace system, it was launched on June 1st, and today the home secretary said that it was all OK.
The long suffering people must be lying!

Family in SW London, child displaying symptoms.
Follow the rules, isolate family and get a test.

Can't get a test or appointment, for days.

Eventually, gives up and drives family to local drive - in centre sans appointment, and explains situation.

Gatekeeper gives the guy an Aberdeen postcode, as this is one of the areas where testing is permitted.
While this itself is a farce, take this logic further.

When you have a test, you send the sample off. The sample is traced by barcode and reference number.
You have to log onto a gov website, and link your personal, contact, and ethnicity-type details.

If this R5L guy inputs the Aberdeen postcode into the portal, and comes his family comes in positive, (and enough other people do the same), will Aberdeen show a spike (and even get locked down), because of cases in SW London?
