You missed the point. The issue was that we need immigrants. Making it difficult for EU nationals means we then go to Pakistanis, Chinese and Indians and whatever Africa has to offer.

Lots of people lost their jobs in the building trade when foreigners started coming over, living ten to a house, working longer days for less pay too. Surely you must have seen that happen? I know builders who pick up casual Labour outside Wickes in Barking, every morning. It’s like a cattle market, so I hear.
You missed the point too. EU nationals got the jobs because they had a right to come over here for months at a time on a €9.99 Ryanair flight. It’s not so easy or so cheap if you’re coming from India, China or Africa.
Time to stop the cheap imports and train our own. I think the government are just waking up to that idea judging by the latest initiative regarding vocational training.
