EU council made their intention clear on Friday. Perhaps they've woken up to who they're dealing with. They will not control our economy and they will not control our territorial waters.

All trade deals include those things, but to varying degrees. I note with interest that the EU have not taken control of Canadas territorial waters, WTO has dispute resolution mechanisms and any state aid / level playing field rules are not to the degree that the EU would control Canada's economy, which is what the EU are seeking to do with the UK.

But you know all this, it ain't going to happen.
