Help Hive with Baxi boiler

Hi I am trying wire hive with baxi boiler I have wired live/neutral and earth Then BK1 to hive number 1 and bk2 to hive 3 it all finds thermostat but when turn heating on nothing the light comes on the hive receiver but doesn’t fire boiler up ???

Baxi have made a lot of boilers. Which one do you have?

Hi thanks it’s a Baxi duo-tec combi 28

Although just a switch, try BK2 to common on Hive (number 1) and BK1 to Normally open on Hive (number 3).

And you have it on heating on the selector switch? Timer set to on? Boiler stat up?

If you have a timer on the boiler or anywhere else, it has to be set to constantly on and the hive will over ride it

Hi tried all this and still no joy could I wire straight where thermostat is as that has 4wires

So how come it now changes to a Black and a blue wire in your pic ?

It does not its brown and blue to 1&3

Any chance you got the black flex cable mixed up? As in the brown or blues mixed up?

Going try get someone fit it and pay if anyone knows anyone who fit it near Adlington
