Installing blind in a pvc window with pvc roof

Our kitchen has a bay window which I'd brick at the bottom. Then pvc window as the sides and a pvc roof. Anyway we want to install a blind in the window due to neighbours putting up a way too bright led light which is on the side of the house and shines straight into the kitchen. Also for privacy as well

Question is how do I install a blind inside the bay? I dont fancy drilling the PVC. I know very little on the drill less ones but it seems most are literally you have them up or down. No adjusting like a roller blind. Has anyone any experience with this?

Have you looked at 'perfect fit' blinds

They look alrite to be fair. Just googled and youtubed them. It has a top opening window tho which we use regularly. I will upload a picture in the morning. Only other option would be to get some frosting for the top opening window part and a blind for the bottom

The blinds fit onto each pane separately and not in one piece top to bottom, the top blind will be independent of the bottom blind

Them perfect fit blinds arent cheap tho! All because I dont want to screw into the pvc! I'm wondering if it would be cheaper to buy a blind and attach it via a velcro strip but it's what mess the velcro would potentially leave behind if its ever ripped off

They're not cheap because they offer a solution to those that don't want to screw into the pvc or stick velcro on, if someone invented hover blinds they'd be even more expensive

Like anything I suppose you get what you pay for. Il upload some pics of the window and see what you think. It's a very awkward place to put a blind. Also a picture of the offending light and its brightness. Shouldn't be allowed to have a light that shines directly onto a neighbours house. The brick wall on that side is like the tower of London lit up from the outside! One thing about the perfect fit ones as well are the difficulty in keeping the blind up etc. Its a tough one. Plus with the opening window as well I feel limited with options

The perfect fit blinds are self supported on tensioned wire, they stay where you leave them

No you can put one in opening window aswell,i have these at home, look great and easy to fit,looking at your windows should cost £200 ish but well worth it .

Can you speak to the neighbour (are they the approachable type?) and ask them if they can possibly angle the light downwards slightly? So it's still doing it's job for them as a light/deterrent without the immediate glare pointing directly into your house. Not saying you won't still need the blinds but might help lessen the intensity of the light.

We dont get on at all. They are the type who hate it when people stand up to them. Daughter had a party one week night. They'd been moved in about 3 months. I asked this old lady who lives next door if she was ok. She said they were wonderful and let her know. I said they could have let us know. Anyway the old lady told them what I'd said and they said is their a problem. I just said no but if you let one direct neihhbour know why not the other. They parked over our drive at one point. Told them move it and it was there three days later. When challenged again they said wer always getting at them. Two things in two years but if they were considerate they wouldn't need be told. I could go into further detail but it would take a while. Bottom line is we dont get on. And with regards to the light. The idiot has installed a round led which is more meant for a bathroom or something. It replaces a round 2D fitting. If it's on tonight I will take a picture of how bright is on the house and you can see how it shines directly at the house. If I go and speak I wont be amicable because it clearly lights up bright against our house so they definitely know. They just wont be bothered. Part of me wonders if they want me to have a go!

If I didn't know any better I would say they put that there on purpose just to annoy you, I'd ask them to put it on a PIR at the very least OR angle it down more as its disturbing your lives
