Standard or HD Catnic Lintel?

Hi guys,

I am installing a flat roof onto a dense concrete block cavity wall. The wall has a window in it.

The roof joists will be at 90 degrees to the wall resting on a timber wall plate on top of the wall. As there will only be a single course above the window will a standard duty catnic lintel be sufficient to support the joists and the flat roof?
 
Will depend on width of window, if wide you may be better using HD,do you have plans with lintel specified?.
 
It depends if the load from roof is no greater than the load of wall that the standard lintel is designed to hold.
