Best way to remove scratches from uPvc window sill?

What is the most effective way to remove scratches from a uPvc window sill?

I have a window sill that has a scratch on it. Its not a deep scratch, its only a light scratch.

I've searched online. The suggestions vary a lot though such as sanding, using cream cleaner, etc.. with some people not recommending them so I'm not sure what is a good option.

Wet n dry but grade depends on depth of scratch moving progressively to around 1200 grit, then buff with t-cut then car polish

Thanks for the advice.

When sanding the scratch with wet n dry, what type of sanding direction is recommended? Sanding in a circular motion or just back and forth?

I've not heard of t-cut before. What's that?
