I'm a self confessed tea ponce, generally I only ever drink a tea at home, I'll drink coffee at work or on site, I can drink any old crap coffee if I have to but can't abide crap tea.
The thing about tea is it's thirst quenching and refreshing

PG tips, leave the bag in for 7 minutes (water before milk, milk straight in after water) no sugar, skimmed or semi skimmed milk.
It may sound strange, but I think milk that is just on the turn makes nicer tea.
Your 7 minutes is actually 1.75 the standard for how long tea should be steeped :)

I only drink Redbush tea these days so take my own tea bags.

I make my Coffee from an Italian coffee pot for the journey to work.
Im a coffee snob. I wont have anyone make me Coffee Cant stand Costa and will only have a Double Espresso from McDonalds.

Starbucks Flat white made well does it for me. Problem is thats very few and far between.

A useless factoid....

Was milk first added to tea cups in order to protect delicate porcelain from cracking under the heat of hot water? Maybe. It depends when the teacup was made ...

Solder showed me once; He put boiling water in a glass and the glass cracked. He then took another glass from the set with a teaspoon. poured the boiling water and the glass stayed intact.

So putting in a teaspoon stops it cracking?
