Hi, we are currently trying to measure up for made-to-measure doors and we are having some problems with the door on the corner unit. Originally we were going to have the hinge on the left-hand side but this would mean that the handle of the drawers would clip the handle for the door, so are now now looking to have hinges on the right hand side attached to the centre post. Due to the way that the grey corner post is off centre on the centre post, when the door is attached there will still be be around 5mm of the white centre post visible even when the hinge is adjusted to pull the door to the right as much as possible. Does anyone know a way to work around this or another solution that would work for us? Would one solution be to get a 406mn door and drill the hinge cup hole 1cm in from the edge rather than 5mm?

Go to where you bought the kitchen and get a veneer roll for your chosen style.
Then attach it to what it would be the visible part of the white post.

Thanks! I thought about this, making it look like a filler panel but the other filler panels in the kitchen will be in line with the doors and so only in this one place will a filler panel not be..

Not too bad, it happens.
Get the veneer from the supplier and nobody will ever see that.
Or, you could move the centre post, but it will be a bit more laborious.
