Water ingress around inside kitchen window

Have noticed some signs of what looks like water ingress inside my kitchen window. Have been outside, removed the strips around the window and siliconed back in (which hasn't helped).

I now notice that there are no gaps in the brick joints above the window (which are present on other windows on this part of the property). I believe these allow the water from the cavity drip tray to safely exit the wall/cavity.

Any thoughts? What can I do about this issue?

Draw around the damp mark with a pencil and write the date next to it, then check in 2 weeks to see if it has got bigger or smaller.

Was it leaking onto the window?

No not (noticed) it hitting the window itself although I would guess it may have come close-ish in very bad weather (it's a 2 story house kitchen on the ground floor).

I would guess that the guttering was leaking (downpipe blocked) for some time.
