Salt on the table!
The wife is training for an Ultra marathon. She has been doing 22 miles every Sunday for the last three weeks. She was actually tipping wee bits of salt onto individual bits of broccoli to replace her losses.
She loves it when someone else cooks.

Problem we have is our 8 year old has turned Pescatarian.
Give over ellal, just for once.

Give him a rod and line then send him off to get his own grub.

Vegetarian but eats fish. Great; we will support her but 8 year olds won't eat lots of things.
