Cement for tile verge

I’ve realised some roof tiles and now need to cement the verge. It’s around 6 tiles long that I need to do. Would this - mixed with some water - do the job please?

It depends on the ratio. I’ve used these premixed things before, with less than ideal results. One iirc was too sandy.

You could opt for a bag of cement, building sand and grit sand, for a similar price. Will come in handy for other works you carry out as well. Have a look on here for references: https://www.fixmyroof.co.uk/mix-cement-mortar/#

UPDATE: My plan was to purchase a bag of cement and building sand but Wickes and B&Q are both out of cement! Fortunately the blue hawk bag from Toolstation contains cement in a separate bag. I was able to use the link @CBW provided to mix the sand and cement in the correct ratios. Thank again.

But inside the bag there is a separate sealed bag for cement and sand. This allowed me to mix this together in a 3:1 ratio. What’s the difference between doing this and buying a separate bag of sand and cement?

Remix roofing mortar premixed. Just add water.
