Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone could help a novice get into a tiled bath panel.

I need to get to the taps to replace the shower hose which is behind a lovely looking, albeit somewhat impractical, tiled bath panel.

I’ve just bought the house, so have no idea where the access panel is/if there even is one.

there are two screws on the tiles at the head end of the bath but nothing at the tap end. I’m assuming this is it? But the fact there’s no screws at the tap end is quite frankly blowing my mind. I’ve cut the silicon and removed the screws, but it still won’t budge…

anyone able to offer some advice. I’m sure it’ll come off, but it’s just how!?

Thanks

OK the clue could??? be the two screws?

Are they [almost] vertically apart? if so your assumption of the access panel at the top end of the bath will probably be correct.

Ken.

Yeah exactly that. Yano i didn’t even notice they were almost straight until now. Is it just a case of unscrewing and pulling?? Sorry if it seems like a stupid question.
