I need to get a aerial wire from the TV (right hand side - denoted by red X) to the ariel point (red arrow)

What is the neatest way to run this cable from point A to B?

From the pic you can see that i placed 16mm trunking (1) from the TV down towards the skirting and the power cable goes in here

For the Aerial cable I am trying to avoid using more trunking if possible

What’s the wall made out of and what’s on the other side of it?

Out the back of one socket, up the wall and out to where you want it if it’s, say, a utility room or behind kitchen cabinets. What is the room behind that wall and would trunking look less ugly there, or in your lounge? Only other option for a wire free look would be a firestick and view things via that on Wifi.

On the other side of the wall where the TV hangs is the neighbors property. I have no access here

I assume that this is the neighbors living room

I am almost tempted to chase the wall, stick some conduit in there, plaster etc Just debating whether i want to go through all that palava

Chase it all, it's not that much effort.

At the same time you can remove the trunking below.

You might even be able to do it with 2 or 3 holes and rods.

Likely, the antenna cable will either come down inside the wall from above, or up the wall from below. If you can lift floor boards to gin access to the coax cable, you could then run it straight down from the ceiling (or floor). You could then chop it into the wall vertically, or in a vertical run of mini trunking. A single vertical run of trunking looks much better than an horizontal + vertical run I find.

The antenna cable comes down vertically inside the wall

So here is the plan

1. Access existing antenna cable by removing some of the ceiling plasterboard/wall

2. Using an aerial splitter, I will keep the existing aerial point and create a new one which will go directly behind the TV.

3. Leave aerial splitter under the floorboard

4. Create a new vertical chase for the cable, insert conduit, plaster etc

I will also break into the existing ring circuit from the room above. I will then take this feed to provide power to the TV. Then I can do away with that trunking under the TV

Is it okay to put antenna cable and two core and earth in the same conduit?

Is 4db loss significant?

That depends upon your original signal strength. A better way, especially if you want several outlets, is to install a distribution amplifier. One antenna lead going in, multiple ones going out - but the need a small amount of power to work. I have an 8 output distribution amplifier, with a feed going from that to most rooms in the house.
