How do I remove this toilet seat?!

Bought a new house and want to swap out the toilet seat but can't work out how the he11 it comes off!! Normally I would just put my hand underneath and twizzle a plastic nut but there's no access underneath this one

Any tips please?

Wonder what is under the two narrow/thin snap in covers

1. As just pumps above.
2. Try pushing the ends of the round white plastic bits towards the outside of the seat and pull upwards.
