Radiator valves stuck

Hi All,
I have fired up my central heating system for the first time in a few months to find that all my radiators are working fine, except one in my upstairs bathroom. The valve knobs are turned fully open (picture attached) but radiator stone cold. I tried a few things but to no avail. The rad doesn’t appear to need bleeding and neither of the copper pipes up thru the floor is getting warm after waiting 30 minutes from switching heating on. Is it possibly one or both valves is stuck in the closed position? Any help/advice greatly appreciated.

Possible blockage on one of them ,doubtful both ,close every other rads TRV and see if it now heats up. If you have a hot water cylinder make sure programmer is only set for central heating.

Have either of the valves been closed since it last worked OK? If not, unlikely to be stuck closed.

In the several houses that I have owned, it's the bathroom rads which often fail to heat and it's nearly always because the have become filled with air. I mean, have you seriously opened the air bleed valve at the top until water comes out?

Possible that it's plumbed into the cylinder cicuit, and will come on with valves open and programmer and cylinder stat calling for heat.
