BP, very big company who benefit massively from cheap foreign labour. The Government aren't happy with them for causing the panic buying.

So you don't think there's any need to reduce the Brexers' anti-foreigner policies to try to entice some back?

Just been out to a 24 hour BP. Nothing......... Running on fumes but made it back home.

It's dire for people that need the fuel to get to work. Luckily, plenty of stay at home pensioners and mummies have enough fuel for the next two months, for their 0.8 mile round trip to the school down the road or to the local Tesco.

Meanwhile the country grinds to a halt.

It’s not a Brexit 'anti-foreigner' policy. It’s a Brexit 'foreigner that we want' policy. Let foreign lorry drivers come here because they are EU lorry drivers and are needed, not just because they are EU residents. Same policy as they have for U.K. residents. I have no problem with that.

"You’ll need a work permit to work in most EU countries if you’re a UK citizen.
In most cases, you’ll need a job offer from your chosen country so that you can get a visa to move there".

I've just got back. Struck lucky at my 6th station. I was in the red and filled up - £9.76! I was on my scooter and I zipped past about 30 vehicles in the queue, switched off and pushed it past the last dozen or so, straight onto the pump. I wouldn’t bother but I have to get to the Olympic park in Stratford tomorrow and I’d prefer not to use pubic (and I do mean pubic) transport if I can a avoid it. I’ve never seen so many women in petrol stations wearing pyjamas!

No fuel at any of my local stations, is it a lockdown by stealth or a marketing ply by Tesla ?
