If you quote some figures, but refuse to tell us where you got them from, or where they relate to that indicates beyond a shadow of doubt that they are concocted.

There could be a simple explanation, if the indigenous population have left an area, it stands to reason that the percentage of any other groups will increase.
And as you won't tell us where you got your figures from, and refuse to tell us which area they refer to, there is no way that we can verify your figures.
