You could say that about any industry in the UK, it has always been thus, from the Irish navvies to the West Indian bus conductors and factory workers to the Eastern European veg pickers, it always been the case and always will be. The origin countries will evolve with time but nothing will change.
It has not always been thus on such a large scale, only since Tony Blair.

What's the name of the surgery.

Do not push Gas112 to name anything; anonymity is important in these controversial matters. I can vouch for large numbers of foreigners in GPs surgeries and hospitals. I've visited GPs surgeries and hospitals in Gtr Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire many times, as a patient or otherwise, and can attest for their large numbers. Sometimes they outnumber British people. Take a trip to Blackburn Infirmary to see what I mean - British people hate being sent there. It is less so in other parts of the country.

on the news last night exactly what is happening many hospitals at breaking point and not covid patients
Mass immigration has caused this and most of the other problems we face in modern Britain.

Some in here can’t quite grasp the reality that a thousand people coming across the channel a day
Will probably require medical treatment ?

Education and healthcare should be publicly funded and operated - its proven to be the most efficient way to operate these types of services.

So you're saying state run schools out perform private schools in terms of results. Really?.

I wonder how results-per-pound compare?

I'm sure if you starve a public service of funding, you can make it give poor results.

I'll stop 'em she said. I'll make the route unviable she said.

Record numbers are coming across. Priti useless.(y)

Make your mind up Noseall, you are a pro-immigrant, anti-British type, surely you want the more immigrants the merrier - what's gone wrong with you?

It's the likes of you that are responsible for this invasion.

more efficient.

If a poorly funded state school, with a poorly educated intake, nd few teachers and other resouces, can deliver GCSEs at ten for a pound

and a generously funded private school, with a priveledged intake, and big tax benefits, delivers them for a fiver each, which is more efficient?

the state school obviously has the harder job, and less resources.

being generously funded does not mean you are more efficient

I'm sure if you starve a public service of funding, you can make it give poor results.

Would you try to deny that?

If a poorly funded state school, with a poorly educated intake,

Surely all intakes, public or private are poorly educated, they haven't been to school yet. If some kids are better prepared, that's down to the parents and that really doesn't have to equate to wealth.

and a generously funded private school, with a priveledged intake, and big tax benefits,

What tax 'disadvantages' does a state school have. The fact public schools are registered as charities, tax wise, surely that puts them on a more level footing with state schools. The people paying fees are effectively saving the gov money by not being a burden on state schools.

You didn't have to be privileged to attend a grammar school years back but the socialists dismantled that system and at a stroke reduced social mobility, do you think that by banning private schools that will redress the balance?

Still don't. If pupils show exceptional attitude but parents cannot afford school fees, they can apply for a bursary or scholarship of up to 100% depending on their income.
