I am sure some did. But at least they were not being told their illness was just a cold.

How do you allow these people to be treated when covid is around - you control it as the death count the other way would be enormous. Most of the people who finished up in hospital, all ages.

Couple that with people who are not prepared to try and help control it.

I part blame the gov and communications for some of it. They need people to carry on and little attention is paid to the age of people in hospital other than old. Well I recently posted something showing a large number of them are in their twenties. A week ago most were in their late 40's area.

The younger they are, the more invincible the behave. I've just been out do do a bit of shopping, almost without fail, the more mature were wearing mandatory masks. On the way back, the bus filled up with secondary school kids larking about. Maybe 1 in 10 of them wearing masks and they will be the most likely spreaders now.

Backs up a BBC lunchtime item even on best protection is people who catch it, recover and then have jabs. The interesting thing is T cells - they last longer but so far the evidence is a bit scanty. First reports from a pre published paper. Older people. Younger will probably come next.

Yet people who have caught it still think they are ok afterwards. That has slowly looked to be rather dubious.

I just don't quite get it - Yes it does seem like a massive over-reaction, but Boris is not the only one over reacting, nearly all the leaders in Europe are doing the same, may be even the US.

But what is in it for them ? why are they risking their economies for something that is not serious ? Non of it is making any sense to me.
