Brain bleeds.

I’m not surprised that following all those conspiracy theories causes brain bleed.
 
Have you had one plaster or a stroke. It might explain something about you. The effect depends on which part of the brain is concerned.

Or maybe you have had a lobotomy? That can have some odd effects.

It's the vaccines I tell ya.... The microchips being implanted as part of the vaccine are shorting out...
