Most of it gets replaced every few years - all the blood cells for example. Apart from the obvious bits, nails hair etc, go and teeth ...
Some nerve & brain cells aren't replaced, eg when they're gone you can't remember stuff. Sperm only live a few days, which begs a couple of questions...

Replication isn't perfect for various reasons, famously in copying the dna - first stage of mitosis, and that, which are part of degradation of aging.

Skin is cells so it gets replaced like all the other cells......


There are various bits of anatomy which are changed at the very beginning of life outside the mother, eg to do with the transfer of sourcing oxygen from air instead of placenta.
Is that what yer on about?
