Are you not entertained?

His opposers only have to refer to the Scriptures to find things with which to castigate him:

And some supporters too, he's human. None of those historical facts detract from the fact he was a decent leader, only one thing matters now, can he lead the Tories to an election victory, I think he's probably the only person who has a hope in hell.

I chuckle at the news programmes where they insert an interviewer in a 'red wall' seat and struggle to find anyone who doesn't say 'bring back Boris'.

Get back to your pictures John.

That bay's a weedy little thing. Your pin-up won't be doing anything energetic.

Johnson garnered an 80 seat majority over Labour and you say Sunak would be harder to beat than Johnson, that's an extraordinary statement Notch. As for Johnson's suitability in a recession and hardship, he tended to be sympathetic in that respect and was often 'reigned in' by Sunak who was all for full on austerity.

Much of Johnson's leadership was under a war footing, Brexit, Covid and the Ukraine war leading to the cost of living crisis, he handled it well.

If only he hadn't had that glass of wine and slice of birthday cake.
If only it was just a glass of wine and a slice of birthday cake that was the problem.
He has got you fooled hasnt he !

We'll just have to let him get it out of his system John. It's only a week, after all. Let him indulge his latent fantasies.

Only difference between what bojo done and Clement is that bojo was taken to court over it.
According to you, that was the only difference.
But because Atlee's decision was never tested in court, we still have the result that ONLY BJ's decision was judged to be illegal.

My point was that was it really worse than what had been done previously.... likely not.
Your opinion is not recorded history, so of little worth. Whereas BJ's action is the only recorded example of illegality.

So if it's a Boris V Rishi, and it's looking like that, Rishi will win the MPs vote, and BJ won't withdraw.
So it'll go out to the members, and they'll make the same mistake twice and elect the worst candidate.
BJ will then change the rules to place himself beyond the judgement of the standards committee, and UK will slide deeper into corruption, and deeper into the international distrust and ridicule. Welcome to third world politics and economics.
There's already reports of 'manhandling' in the lobby.

It was the party going on around him, that he told Parliament wasn't happening.
it was more than that. A lot more than that.
but your point is a valid example of his blatant lieing. And people want more of it?

but if you ask people do they like liers, especially in positions of power they say no. Unless it's boris. Some people are easily fooled, and it appears to be some "clever" people

"You can fool some people some (of the) time; but you can't fool all (of the) people all the time."

the very people that will tell you they are not easily fooled.

not 1 Boris supporter in here has even admitted he was bad or wrong. It would be easier to accept if they at least admitted he was and were prepared to give him another chance.

I accept he is a salesman and can win votes, but that's all he can do. Bluster.

we deserve better.
