It seems to turn on residence. If you are resident in the Uk you pay taxes here and on foreign income. That shouldn't change because you decide to leave the country to save tax, but want the benefit of remaining a British citizen domiciled here.Good luck with that.
If a person runs a multi national business why should he pay income tax in each of the countries he does business in?
Or are you saying if your main source of income is U.K. business then you have to pay tax in the U.K.
So no retiring to another country?
