Yet ANOTHER Trump triumph

sigh.....

With an oil extraction cost of $10 per barrel, the lowest in the world, Saudi Arabia has an enormous comparative advantage in oil production. This low extraction cost is because Saudi Arabia has the largest proven oil reserves, estimated at around 267 billion barrels (about 24.4% of all proven oil reserves in the world in 2000).

And ? but they dont release it do keep up

has the government or trump threatened them ?

I would think so. I think it's safe to say if Trump has lost this wouldn't have happened. CBS News didn't want to settle. But the parent company are desperate to have their merger approved. Obviously nobody is ever going to tell us :)

of course they did every company just loves to hand over ten billion quid when they have done nothing wrong she was a bumbling half wit in the interview and they edited it to make it look like she knew what she was talking about having to take what was it a third of interview out .
A mere snippet .
the claim was for 10B but sure as eggs is eggs he won't get that much.

of course CBS didnt want to settle thats admitting guilt which would have resulted in the parent company picking up the bigger legal bill from a failing channel and then having to payout anyway

Here is some analysis from NPR who are rated as centrist for bias:

According to several people with knowledge of internal deliberations, the network's corporate parent Paramount appears poised to settle Trump's lawsuit, even though it is widely seen as lacking legal merit. (They asked for anonymity due to the sensitivity of the subject and the ongoing litigation.)

More broadly, the president and his allies are seeking to pressure the media writ large, both to inhibit its ability to check the president and to punish it for coverage he views as unfavorable.

Project 2025 will wipe out any dissenters to Trump domination.

As an aside, I wouldn't have said NPR is 'centrist', I'd say they lean much more to the left. What are you basing this on?

The case had no legal basis.

Just some quick Googling. Although, having checked again, that might have been about their radio shows.
