Just note that both switches are two triangles but on the old switch one of the triangles is upside down.
So - allow for this and just transfer the wires from old to new.
Do not mix up the wires of the same colour; mark them all first before disconnecting.
These are what you have but that doesn't really matter; just transfer the wires to the corresponding terminals.

Yes, but for three-phase, however what you are looking at, is single phase, so the colours used are a little different.
NO. They are not in COM now, are they?
All the wires go into the corresponding terminal.
It looks like the yellows go in COM. Do not mix them up.
See that's the problem, the old socket isnt labled like new sockets

They look exactly the same to me.
