I once ordered a cheeseburger from a van, and it was actually made of cheese. I'm still angry about it forty five years later.

Have to laugh at the yanks in an american macdonalds the refills for coke etc are free but they still pay the extra for a large instead of walking ten feet to refill a standard cheaper cup

No, it wasn't just one of those. It seemed to be some sort of manufactured product. Maybe it was the veggie option! I never saw them again anywhere else. I'm guessing they didn't last long.

I don't go much either, anymore. I used to go once a week for three double cheeseburgers and a large fries. But even that didn't seem to last that long.
