Most Ukrainian refugees came from the Donbas region, their cities have been reduced to rubble and the region is occupied by Russians.

The Western side near Lviv and across to Kyiv is fine to visit though

An intelligent person would be able to work it out
so why didnt they just stay in the safe part of ukraine then if its safe to visit
.

An intelligent person would work that out instead of speaking his usual guff

You don’t seem to realise life in Lviv, Kyiv etc is pretty normal…..cafes and restaurants are open, people go out to socialise.

People go there now on holiday
Sharon just come back and posted pictures has she?

I think you will find that an intelligent person would book to go to Benidorm instead

You are showing a totally lack of empathy for people who have had to flee their country.

Please try and think for one minute what it must be like for Ukrainian refugees

Have you ever considered that you might be insane?

Hotels and accommodation all fully booked with people from all over the world visiting because it is so safe to visit ?
Ukrainian refugees fled their country because it got invaded by a brutal dictator,

These people have suffered greatly and still are…..if you were a decent person you would understand why they would want to go back to their home country and why they can’t stay there.

But you don’t because you are not a nice person.

My wife is Russian, I think I know a bit more than yourself on this subject. Sharon from facebook doesnt really cut it.

You can’t understand why a person who has had to flee their homeland would prefer to go back and visit rather than go to Benidorm.

Ask your wife to explain it to you, obviously you aren’t able to understand.

What is your education level?

obviously the polish and norwegians understand why they go back which is why they are going to cut their benefits

I have just been reading this:

Going back to Ukraine temporarily

On occasion, a guest may need to return to Ukraine for a short while. It is unlikely that such a trip is really a holiday in the normal sense of the word.

Typical reasons for a temporary return include:

  • Sorting out affairs such as moving out of rented accommodation, arranging care for elderly parents, or collecting items that were left behind initially
  • Visiting loved ones, homes and places that they haven’t seen in many months
  • Returning because of bereavement
  • Getting medical and dental treatment with familiar professionals
  • Seeing if it seems safe enough and economically viable to return more permanently

Guess what country accommodates one of the highest numbers of Ukranian refugees
