My guess is the guy was pis*ed and/or high, got lost and lost it.
People use cars for intimidation now, you see it everyday, people overtaking and cutting in aggressively, or braking heavily in front of a learner driver going too solely for their liking.
The police announced the guy was white in to stop Mosks being burnt down. But it is only a matter of time before Far rage weaponises the incident for political gain.
