Taking the gentlest possible view of what he did (C2) he'd be looking at 36 weeks as the starting sentence, then adding on his aggravating factors (children, journalists as targets, previous violent offenses, planning).
He's not going to get the full 10 years but I'd be surprised if it's less than a year.

Relax, he's just been charged again. This time for harassment. He made a film of himself threatening to expose the whereabouts of two men and their families online, this occurred last August.
The two men concerned were journalists who followed Robinson to Cyprus where he was on holiday with his wife and children, and put online full details of where he was staying forcing him to cut the holiday short to safeguard his children.
