Ssssssshhhhhh, don't mention Reform.

Voting green or libbdem as a protest is like voting re form as a protest. Policies become increasingly irrelevant, so you get Nige knocking back pints in Clapton and Edd Davey falling off canoes in the Lake District.
I thought Ed Davey played a blinder during the GE.....it was a very very dull campaign and Lib Dems never get much media coverage anyway so why the hell not do some bungee jumping / white water rafting

OMG....mororbiking has the patience of a saint....
if he gave up telling lies and admitted the rules dont say what he claims we wouldnt have to keep correcting him

I dont see why people like Motorbiking should be allowed to keep posting endless misinformation and get away with it.

Any vessel carrying more than 12 passengers is a commercial vessel and must comply with commercial regulations. All vessels must file before departure and report prior to crossing at the 12 mile limit. Which in dover/caliais is still in French waters.

It will therefore be obvious that a boat looking like this heading for UK waters, that is not transmitting AIS, has not filed paperwork and has not called in at the 12 mile limit. is.... not an engaged in innocent passage.

All it would take would be some fishing net or rope dropped in front of that to jam the propellor, boat in distress, towed back to safety. In France. Job done.

But people who make the Channel crossing are protected by international law if they claim asylum once they arrive.
The goal is to stop them arriving in UK territory.
Obviously you've never tried to push a boat while at sea. That's why they're taken 'in tow'
It's extremely easy to capsize another boat by pushing it, especially from a side.
it would be no less stable.

And the small boat arrivals have access to various pieces of equipment, various agreements, etc.
Only those defending the border need to know where it is.
There's no such thing as a 'take back'. It's a new invention of yours.
It's all push back. Unless you are referring to one country accepting refugees back.
'Take back' means the country that is doing the taking, is the country that is accepting the refugees back.
Call it what you want but rounding people up and taking them back to another country is not legal
Pushing them back to prevent them entering your territory- legal

the one telling lies is you and your feeble atempt to call my posts misinformation is dishonest.

What does Notch do when he's lost the argument - try to get the thread locked or deleted. Shameful.
