What’s happening? Illegals don’t like being sent home? Tough tittie.
Trump sends in the big guns to deal with a few minor squabbles, so he can say "look at me being tough on the illegals!"
Just a bit of political posturing from the orange one.
Even the police were saying this is nothing we can't handle without outside help.

What we'll now never know is how this would have played out if Trump hadn't got involved. LAPD is insistent it could have contained the situation. So although I'm stating the obvious, Trump has either done LA a favour by sending in the national guard sooner as opposed to later, or he's enflamed the situation.
Some are also saying because he's not on track to deport the no. of wrong 'uns he promised to, he's now starting to focus on lower hanging fruit. Yes they're all maybe illegal in the legal sense, however if stories are to be believed, some of those lifted are law abiding (status aside), hard working and with families. Not very nice to think of kids who waved mum/dad off to work in the morning and boom, they're not home at night.
I'm all for much better control on immigration (see my other posts in other threads) however it's a fine line between getting better processes in place and starting to act like some sort of third world dictatorship.

Trump's just waving his willy around to let folk know he's got a hard on for the 'Radical Left' to impress the MAGA yokels. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out during the week.

The comments are more about the orange rapist sending in the troops. Nobody is moaning about sending illegals home.

Doesn't say it's the illegals, they've been detained. But yes, there are protests.No they're only rioting and looting.
