Send in the Marines!

Makes me laugh when trump
Bangs on about law and order in California and sends in the marines

But some how forgets about that capital building invasion when he lost the election

Law and order :ROFLMAO: He than pardoned most of the fruit cakes that were involved:ROFLMAO:

Of course that's all fair comment, but when you have a situation on the streets of rioting, looting, hoisting the Mexican flag whilst burning the American flag, what would Bubba make of that.

I have a feeling that this is going Trump's way, Newsom is supporting the riots, possibly encouraging them. I think he might be playing into Donalds hands.

Who knows.

The Gateway Pundit (TGP) is an American far-right fake news website. The website is known for publishing falsehoods, hoaxes, and conspiracy theories. In September 2021, Google demonetized the site for publishing misinformation. In April 2024, Hoft announced that the TGP parent company, TGP Communications, had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, blaming multiple defamation lawsuits. The bankruptcy case was dismissed in July 2024, with the judge finding it had been filed in bad faith to avoid the lawsuits against the site.

Pish and piffle, gas old man.

what is pish and piffle ? you dont think someone is funding it ? yeah someone just had to have hundreds and hundreds of riot masks just laying in their garage for handing out.
And what bit of trump saying they are going to investigate any backing are you struggling with ?

The Gateway Pundit is known as a source of viral falsehoods and hoaxes. It has been described by the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology as one of the websites that "primarily propagate fake news", by Newsweek as a fake news website, and by CNN as a website "prone to peddling conspiracy theories". In November 2019, the Wikipedia community deprecated The Gateway Pundit as an untrustworthy source of information, due to it "publishing hoax articles and reporting conspiracy theories as fact".

There's much much more but if you'd rather trust that website rather than an accredited news agency then i can't help you.

Shortly after the 2017 white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, in which a person drove a vehicle into a crowd of counter-protesters, killing one, The Gateway Pundit falsely identified a young man from Michigan as the driver. After the misidentification took place, the family received several death threats and went into hiding. The Michigan man and his father filed a defamation lawsuit against the publication and other related parties.

Stirring up conspiracy theories from a far-right network isn't going to be taken seriously. You've been listening to Trump-speak too long, old sock. Take a break.

What is the % of people deported wrongly then?
This ties in with someone I wonder. They're apparently lifting ~2000 people a day? I wonder what their checks are on each individual (pre being lifted) to determine they're illegal? Someone on a news prog said they're essentially taking a racial profiling approach.

The line his people are taking on this is he offered to send in x thousand troops but Nancy Pelosi refused the offer. However ...

They're now targeting locations likely to employ undocumented labour and then demanding proof of citizenship. They're not targeting individuals, they're trawling.

This is a change of process and goes against Trump's 'Gangs' narrative. But it's a logical result of Trump's promises. That still doesn't mean that the people rounded up shouldn't have due process to determine if they have the right to be in the US or not.

I think he's falling short of his promised target, so as you say he's using the broader brush approach. What you have to wonder is, in the rush and mayhem, how many are being deported that shouldn't be.

I'm all for strict immigration policy including getting illegals out that shouldn't be here. However I wouldn't support that sort of approach here, although we'll likely get it should Reform gain power.
