accident on cherry picker, is it user error

Could it have involved too much lubrication ?

Came on HM, I've been on cherry pickers and it's not scary.
In fact, it feels very safe compared to tall scaffolding and towers.
 
I jumped from the top floor of a 20 storey tower block into the pool on ground level.
I got a standing ovation...

Dangling over live lanes of a motorway with lorry’s hurtling underneath you missing you by millimetres is scary. Your average person would crack and stand screaming. I however like the adrenaline and laugh in the face of it all.
