Towable Cherry Picker Towbar Damper

Hello. I hope this is the right place for my query.
I need to replace the damper built into the drawbar of my towable cherry picker.
How do I know which damper to order?

Thanks John. That's useful.
The minimum weight is listed as 1195kg. So I guess if remove the worn one, take a picture, send it to them and tell them the weight of the cherry picker, hopefully they will be able to suggest a suitable replacement.

Yes, they come in various strengths for weights so good luck with your search!
I find the Newcastle branch pretty good face to face but hopeless on the phone I've had quite a few with broken springs in the towbar, too.
