Part H still allows for 3" Soil Pipework, I think the only advisory is it shouldn't be used if there is a likelihood of sanitary products being disposed of down the WC as (unsurprisingly) there is an increased risk of blockages. Never seen it used in practice though.

Paramount walls in this place too. I’ve dabbed new boards over them which has made burying new pipes easy and beefed the walls up a bit.
I remember key terrain, decent guttering brand at the time. Long gone now I guess, along with Bartol (?), rymway …
Bartol was sold to the Hepworth iron company it became Hepworth (hep) later taken over by Wavin.
Terrain was bought out by Polypipe but the Terrain range is now totally discontinued.
