A TV film you haven't seen (Israel's extermination of Palestinian healthcare)

  • IDF Response: The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have repeatedly denied deliberately targeting journalists. However, an Israeli military spokesperson confirmed that Israel does not differentiate between media workers and militants working for Hamas, which has raised concerns among legal experts.

The Israeli military have viewed journalists Hamas or its affiliates media as legitimate targets, this is quite common, it isn't the fact that they are simply journalists, they are mainly Palestinian Journalists.

You seem to be changing your story from feigned ignorance to justification and acceptance.

No not at all, from what I have just read about it is as I say, they are mainly Palestinian journalists, the IDF consider them as legitimate targets. I am reading further

And where did you look to find those excuses?

... Journalists often get in the way in wars as they put themselves in positions of danger in order to get a story. They accept the risks.

I recognise a lie previously used by Mark Regev in propaganda speeches.

When an Israeli gun team fires a shell into the bedroom of a journalist, at night, in his family home, tell me how you think he "got in the way."

So you no longer deny that Israel has a policy of assassinating journalists.
No, but with a different slant on the subject. They were not targeting any journalists but they look like they were targeting Palestinian Journalists. Not too sure what the legal implications of that as it isn't really something that is the norm.

Gaza is not a big place but it's fair to say they probably have a higher number of journalists per capita than any other country in the world, I'll do some research on that.
Terrorists can be quite canny, they'll wear 'white coats' whilst running ops from a hospital, outside the hospital, they'll wear the flak jacket with the word PRESS emblazoned on it.
Some people are stupid enough to fall for this tactic, the IDF aren't. they've seen it enough in the past.

They've got hundreds less since Israel assassinated them.

No excuses other than that he was a legitimate target in their eyes. I suspect they must have had some sort of intel that he was linked with hamas. That is my suspiscion but I could be wrong.
