The dressing up as civillians by military ppersonel is standard procedure to collect intel and to carry out covert operations. Nothing new here, You cannot expect a few IDF soldiers to go into the hospital in full military uniform, they would have been executed on sight. The SAS do this all the time when carrying out covert operations. Nothing wrong with carrying out executions.

Yes that is all strictly true what you have written, however in the real world a lot of people are executed during a war. These patients were not POWs and it is difficultt to tell if they were real injured patients. The IDF killed them in what appears to be an intel based operation, if they were hamas fighters pretending to be injured patients then they are also commiting war crimes by hiding amongst civillians.
