Hamas can't really complain about Israel not following the geneva convention considering that they initiated the war by murdering civilians on mass and taking hostages that they still haven't released, in contravention to the Geneva convention.....

If one side starts the whole thing by not sticking to the rules, you can't really criticise the other side for not sticking to the rules either.

If Israel were to play by the rules then perhaps they would have some legitimacy, if they copy the tactics of the terrorists, then that makes them no better than the terrorists.

It isn't Hamas who are complaining, it's right minded people across the world.

You seem to be saying it is ok for the IDF to commit attrocitiies because Hamas do as well. Israel could be so much better, but they are even worse.
