A TV film you haven't seen (Israel's extermination of Palestinian healthcare)

Killing unarmed civilians is classified as murder.
Under international law the Israeli occupation of Gaza and other territories is illegal.
Therefor violence towards civilians is a criminal act because the occupying force itself is illegal.
Then again, who gives a **** about international law.
Certainly not Israel. Criminals never care about the law, that's why they are criminal.

Clinton, worth noting what the Palestinans rejected when he was negotiating with the PLO.

The deal was crap though, wasn't it?
It cut up Palestine further, into smaller enclaves, with Israel controlling roads between then, and took more land from the West Bank. It was designed to weaken and literally divide Palestine.

Better than any deal they'll get now.

Yeah, but still crap. It wasn't a deal worth accepting. It's just agreeing to give up almost all your land and have a homeless nation.

And we all know where they'll head. And people won't like that.

Do you think the UN deal in 1947 (UN res 181) was crap?

I'm intrigued about your comment 'giving up all their land', they didn't have any, nor did Israel.

They didn't have any? Are you sure about that?
To answer re 1946, yes, that was crap, for Palestine. The Balfour Declaration would never have happened. That's on us. But Israel should have respected what they were given and not aggressively expanded.

Yes, absolutely, Palestine was no more a Sovereign State than Israel, for 500 years it was part of the Turkish Ottoman Empire. A deal was offered to both parties in 1947 by the UN, Israel said thank you very much, the Arabs said no.

That's like saying Cornwall was part of the British Empire, so doesn't really exist.

Palestine was a recognized area, with a population calling themselves Palestinian.

The term "Palestine" has been used for millennia to refer to a geographical region in the Middle East, with changing borders and political entities over time. The name itself derives from "Philistia," referring to the Philistines who inhabited parts of the southern coast. The Romans later revived the name in "Syria Palaestina." After the fall of the Ottoman Empire in World War I, the area broadly defined as Palestine (between the Mediterranean Sea and the Jordan River) was placed under British administration as the British Mandate for Palestine (1920-1948). During this period, it was a recognized administrative and geographic entity.

Throughout the British Mandate period and certainly before, the Arab population residing in this geographic area developed a distinct identity and increasingly referred to themselves as "Palestinians." This identity was tied to the land and their shared cultural and historical experience within it.

That's history for you

Zionists wish to see Palestine erased from the map, and human history. With the use of the Israeli army, they are achieving their racist ambition, destroying thousands of years of history, bombing religious and educational buildings, and bulldozing cemeteries

Not a single mention of Jews living in the area, interesting.

Strawman argument, England isn't a sovereign state, therfore the English don't exist.

Why is England not considered a country?

England fails to meet six of the eight criteria to be considered an independent country by lacking: sovereignty, autonomy on foreign and domestic trade, power over social engineering programs like education, control of all its transportation and public services, and recognition internationally as an independent country

The past was specifically in response to the statement that Palestine never existed. But your attempt to undermine any truth is entirely predictable.
