
Once they've raised they're queens to hibernate for next year's generation the workers will die . It shouldn't be too long now, some nests here are already empty.During ground clearance of a back garden, I have discovered a bees nest in an old compost heap. Look like bumble rather than honey bees. How best to remove? Don't want to kill them off. Cheers Doug
