There really is not that much difference in the agreements. Quite simply Trump got it across the line, Biden didn't. Certainly at the time of the Biden proposal I don't recall seeing 8 Arab countries getting behind the deal as they have with the Trump deal, and Biden simply wasn't capable of strong arming Netanyahu the way Trump has.
Knock Trump till you're blue in the face, but the fact remains, Trump succeeded where Biden failed.
If of course the deal holds, negotiations are ongoing.

yes because Trump met up with Netanyahu and made an agreement to do a cease fire when he became president
so why didnt he do it in January?

The deal can't hold, It was created without any Palestinian input. Some of the conditions will be impossible to meet, e.g. the return of the Israelis' bodies.
Some of them will have been killed by Israeli IDF. They're buried in the rubble somewhere, and no-one knows where.
This would have been flagged up had there has been any Palestinian input into the agreement conditions.
But anyone experienced in such urban warfare would also have flagged it up.
As you say, there's nothing surprising about hearing that Israel slaughters starving unarmed refugees hoping to receive food from an "aid" point.

Which illustrates the nonsensical proscription of Hamas, and not the Al-Qassam Brigades.
So the Israeli aggression has conflated the civilian arm of Hamas, with the military arm of the Al-Qassam brigades.
I wonder why they did that.

What motivated the "murderous attacks"?
You are conveniently ignoring the Israeli aggression, brutal oppression, etc of the Palestinians civilians, both in Gaza and the West Bank for the last 60 years or more.
But who can respond to murderous attacks carried out by Israeli terrorists?

They release 2,000 Palestinians, then capture 2,000 more.

Apparently they decided to kill some 'suspects'...
If it were the other way around, the usual suspects here would be screaming for the israelis to re-engage and carry on the genocide!

It's a deal full of more holes than Swiss cheese.
One already exploited by Israel. It didn't cover the West Bank, so israel have stepped up their attacks in the West Bank.
In addition, it'll be impossible to return all the bodies of the deceased Israeli's bodies, never mind in the time allowed.
The Red Cross have already said this.
