Labour receive another kicking at the ballot box.

Doing so bad, they are on track to form the next government. Shows how sh*t the others are if Reform are the least worse choice for so many voters.
They were on track to win that seat. They weren't the least worse choice for so many.

They LOST.

They've got more work to do to win enough seats, even though I'm sure they will win some. Look at type of support they have in here.

But I think there is growing resistance, and awareness of what they really stand for, building

Can they actually last until the G E ?

I don't think they've even started yet. Nige is no fool, he wont want to peak too soon.

Labour don't need an opposition they are managing to show how bad they are without one.

I think they've peaked already.

That election was a wake up call for every party

The other variable is it shows how desperately stupid and deluded, unwilling to accept responsibility for their own failings, enough of the electorate are.
How can you argue that and at the same time suggest people are poor because others are rich?

As I didn't ".... suggest people are poor because others are rich", your post is bowlogs.

As per.
Maybe you should watch the video you posted from the TUC YouTube channel. “Social contract blah blah they’ve got 8 houses we can’t afford one blah blah”.

Maybe you think that is different.

Read my posts (regarding wealth and the wealthy) in the "Where have they gone " thread, before you make even more of an arris of yourself (y)

which is it:

[people are ] "desperately stupid and deluded, unwilling to accept responsibility for their own failings"

or

Its the wealthy who are at fault for people not having enough money to live.

Do you think both are true? If so you'll understand the difficulty of on one hand blaming the individual and in another scenario blaming someone else.

hence:

How can you argue that and at the same time suggest people are poor because others are rich?

take time to think about your answer :

before you make even more of an arris of yourself (y)

[Sigh} @motorbiking

As you are unwilling or incapable of looking for yourself (after I pointed you towards it), here is just one example of a number:

Not all wealthy are exploitative; some took those that worked with on the journey too, and they all benefitted.
Not all wealthy are grafters; some inherited it, some got lucky through nepotism, old boy networks, got a house that skyrocketed in value.

You put up strawmen, frame your closed questions on them, and reduce points to absolutes where the poster used nuance.

So it is more complicated than the video you posted suggests... glad we got there.
